1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • To request a cancellation, you must email us with your order details.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To cancel your order, please email us at:

Include the following details in your email:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Reason for Cancellation

Note: Cancellation requests will only be accepted via email. Requests made through calls, WhatsApp, social media, or any other platform will not be considered.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 20–30 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • Orders placed during special sales or promotional events may not be eligible for cancellation.

5. Company Rights

Tattvawoods reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Payment issues
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

In such cases, the full refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
